After an order has dispatched, many parcels can be tracked on Arsuk Online. You can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
Track Your Package
Orders for Heavy or Bulky items or products requiring age verification will require a signature at point of delivery.
If you can’t find any tracking information, please visit the help page About Missing Tracking Information.
To track your parcel:
Go to Your Orders > Go to the order you want to track > Click Track Package next to your order.
Note: If your parcel shows as delivered, but you haven’t yet received it, go to Find a Missing Parcel for more information. Some parcels, such as standard international deliveries, aren’t traceable.
